How does it work?
- Each Promo Code has a limited number of redemptions available.
- Once the Promo Code has been redeemed that number of times, it is then SOLD OUT and no longer available. Please reference the graphic below to see how many redemptions are available for each Promo Code.
- One Promo Code per booking, but you can use as many of these Promo Codes as you want.
- Programs must take place by June 30, 2025.
- No GST
Promo codes must be used at the time of booking. Only 1 promo code per booking.
- Per Student: Prices are per student per field trip. The fee for extra students, over the 32 student maximum, is $18 per student.
- GST Exempt: Our field trips are GST exempt, saving you even more money.
- Student Minimum: The minimum fee is a flat rate and applies to classes with 15 or fewer students.
- Student Maximum: The maximum number of students per field trip is 32. Some field trips may be able to accommodate up to an absolute maximum of 33 students. Additional charges apply.
- Exceeding Maximum: If a single class has more than 32 registered students, please contact our office to see if we can accommodate your larger group, subject to our discretion. This does not apply to combining multiple classroom groups.
- Travel Fees: Travel fees only apply to In-School Programs. Travel fees may apply for some locations. Visit our Travel Fees page for more information. Field trips take place in your classroom, so there are no bus fees.
