Description: In this action-packed adventure, you’ll join part of the Underground Railroad to discover how Canada began. This program explores the part of the Time and Place curriculum, focusing on what happened in Canada after the Thirteen Colonies gained independence from Britain. With fun challenges, storytelling, and hands-on activities, this adventure will have you learning about how immigrants contributed to the foundation of Canada, forming borders and reorganizing colonies that existed at that time. Get ready to investigate, explore, and analyze how early events like the War of 1812 and the Great Migration helped shape the land we now call home – Canada!
